Video Evaluator is a native macOS application developed by Koray Birand. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Video Evaluator collects, stores, and shares — which is essentially nothing.

Data Collection

Video Evaluator does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The app runs entirely offline on your Mac. No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry.

Local Data

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

Project files (.kve) — saved to locations you choose via the standard macOS Save dialog.
Recent projects list — stored in macOS UserDefaults as security-scoped bookmarks so the app can reopen your recent files.
Keyboard shortcut customizations — stored locally in UserDefaults.

None of this data ever leaves your device.

Network Access

Video Evaluator does not connect to the internet. It requires no network access to function. There are no servers, no cloud sync, and no remote endpoints.

Third-Party Services

Video Evaluator does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

Video Evaluator does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
